Tayo po ay magluluto ng isang beef recipe at ito ang Pinoy Beef Salpicao. Ito ay napakasimpleng lutuin at pwede pa pang-pamilya! Tampok dito ang mabawang na lasa ng beef at ang mga malinamnam na sangkap tulad ng oyster sauce, toyo, Worcestershire at red wine. Tiyak na mapapalaban sa kainan ang madla at papatok sa panlasa ninyo.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE MARINADE:
– 1 tbsp SOY SAUCE
– 1/2 pc whole ONION (chopped)
– 1/2 pc whole GARLIC (minced)
– 1/2 tbsp GROUND BLACK PEPPER
FOR THE COOKING:
– 1/2 kilo BEEF TENDERLOIN (marinated)
– 1 1/2 whole GARLIC (chopped)
– 3 medium POTATOES (peeled, chopped)
– 1 tbsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
– 1 tbsp OYSTER SAUCE
– 3 tbsp SOY SAUCE
– 1/2 tbsp CHILI FLAKES
– 1 tbsp RED WINE
– 1 tbsp BUTTER
– 1 cup PARSLEY LEAVES
– 3 tbsp COOKING OIL

PROCESS:
– For the marinade, in a bowl, add soy sauce, garlic, onions, and black pepper. Dip the beef in the mixture until well combined and let it rest for 30 minutes to accept flavor.
– In a pan, apply the cooking oil until hot. Then, pan-fry potatoes until light brown and garlic until brown separately. Place it on a plate and let it rest.
– Saute the garlic and onions, then add butter and the marinated beef, mix thoroughly.
– Add the ff: Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, and red wine. Give the sauce a taste to check. Mix thoroughly until well distributed.
– Simmer until the meat softens and the sauce is reduced. Add the cooked potatoes and garlic, and the parsley leaves. Mix until well combined.
