Here’s the recipe:
COQUITO (Puerto Rican Eggnog)
8 oz. (240ml) Puerto Rican Rum
1 Can Coconut Cream
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch Cinnamon
Pinch Nutmeg
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick/Ground Nutmeg/Cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice and combine until smooth.
2. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
