Fried to crispy perfection, a simple chicken starter with crunchy cornflakes coating and a little bit of spice to satisfy our desi palate.

Ingredients:

100 gms Boneless Chicken

Salt to taste

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

2 Eggs

1 cup Cornflakes

1 Green Chilli, chopped 

Method:

Take 100 gms of cleaned boneless chicken in a bowl.

Add green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala, oil and salt to taste. Combine it well and set in the refrigerator for an hour.

For the egg wash, break two eggs and add salt to it and whisk it.

In another bowl, take some cornflakes and crush it.

Take the chicken out of the refrigerator, dip in egg wash and coat with cornflakes.

Deep fry the pieces until golden brown.

Corn crusted chicken ready to be enjoyed.
