Today I m back with another Chicken recipe which is Creamy chicken recipe . As its name suggests it is chicken with lots of cream gravy. The procedure is very simple and the main thing to prepare this Cream Chicken recipe is to cook chicken for a good time duration . It will definitely get delicious and amazing . All you need these ingredients for this recipe :-
Marination :-
– 500 gm to 1 kg chicken
– 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
– 1 cup of curd
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 green chilli
Cream Chicken Gravy :-
– 2-3 tbsp Butter
– 1 tbsp Ajwain
– 1/2 cup of curd
– 1tsp of black pepper
– 1 cup of fresh cream / Malai
– 1.5 onions
-1 chopped green chillies
-1 tbsp Chicken Masala
– 1 tbsp Kasoori Meethi
– 1 cup water
