Step by Step Creamy Butter Garlic Chicken Recipe :
Preparation Time -5-10 minutes
Cooking Time -20 minutes
Serves : 5

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken -750 gms
Pepper Powder – 3-4 tblspn
Salt – According to taste
Garlic Powder -1 tspn
Ginger Powder -1 tspn
Lemon Juice – 2 tblspn
Corn Flour – 4 tspn
Refined Oil / Olive Oil -2 tblspn
Butter – 25-30 gms
Chopped Garlic -10-12 Pods
Chopped Shallots/ Spring Onion – 4 tblspn
Chopped Onion – 1 small
Red Chilli Flakes -2 tspn
Origano -2 tspn
Fresh Cream – 100 gms
Method Of Cooking:
Step -1
Marinate the chicken with a little salt,garlic powder,ginger powder,a tspn of black pepper powder,lemon juice and 2 tspn of corn flour. Keep it aside.
Step -2
Heat the refined oil/ olive oil. Add the butter. Add the chopped garlic and chopped Shallots/ spring onion as soon as the butter melts .Saute for a few seconds and add the red chilli flakes. Now add the chopped onion and fry until it turns translucent.
Step -3
Now add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt according to taste. Add black pepper powder and origano. Now add the cornflour slurry and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid and add half a glass of hot/warm water. Cover and cook for some more time until the chicken becomes tender. Add the fresh cream and mix the ingredients together. Garnish it with chopped Spring Onion and serve it hot as a starter or with Paratha ,Breads, Luchi or fried rice.
