Hi guys! Today I’m going to make a creamy chicken macaroni salad recipe. I love this recipe for special occasions like birthday party and family gatherings. You can keep this in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. This is also a good recipe to make when you are too busy during the week. It allows you to have meal ready when you get home from workday or school.

Ingredients:
500 mg. – penne pasta
1 – chicken breast
1- carrots
1 can – pineapple
370 ml. – sweet and sour pickles
640 ml. – A combination of yoghurt & mayonaise. I used 15 % yoghurt
1 cup – raisins
Procedure:
1. Cook the chicken breast, carrots, and penne pasta in a boiling water separately.
2. Shred the chicken and cut the carrots.
3. Combine all the ingredients together.
4. Store in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
