Creamy Garlic Chicken Bake
Serves 2
2 x Chicken breast
4 x Cloves of Garlic
300ml x Double Cream
60g x Cheddar Cheese
1 heaped tsp x Dijon Mustard
1 tsp x Dried Mixed Herbs
Salt & Pepper
1. Slice the chicken breasts through the centre as if to butterfly them but cut all the way through. Then cut each half in half again to get 4 pieces from each breast.
2. Place the chicken in a mixing bowl with 1 heaped tsp of dijon mustard, 4 cloves of finely grated, chopped or crushed garlic, 1 tsp of dried mixed herbs and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Mix together until the chicken is fully coated.
4. Lay the chicken pieces into a small baking tray and pour over 300ml of full-fat cream and grate over 60g of cheddar cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes until golden on top.
Serve with sides of your choice and enjoy!
