Ingredients for Marination of Chicken:
Chicken drumsticks – 3 qty
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – 1 tea spoon (approx)
Ingredients for cooking:
Butter – big chunk
Mushroom – appox 8-9 piece
Onion – 1 medium size
Full fat milk – 150 ml
Green chili – 2 pieces
Minced garlic – 1 table spoon
Salt – to taste
Heavy cream & Coriander – to garnish
This creamy chicken recipe is one of the quickest pan-cooked chicken recipe. It is a versatile & easy recipe which can be presented on your table in less than half an hour.
Some quantity of mushrooms and onion will impart a rich flavor to this recipe. Juicy mushrooms and chicken just go together so well. It goes very well with steam rice but it also goes with fried rice / pasta / salad or smashed potatoes for lunch or dinner.
