Chicken Keema Bread Rolls
Ingredients for Keema Filling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken mince 800 g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (sliced) 1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Ingredients for Chicken Keema Bread Rolls:
Bread slices as required
Keema filling as required
Water as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Keema Filling Preparation:
1. In a pan heta oil and add keema. Cook until keema changes color.
2. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, red chili powder and cook until keema is fully done.
3. Add onion, capsicum, green chilies and cook for 2-3 mins.
4. Now add cheese and cook until cheese melts. Your chicken keema filling is ready. Serve and enjoy.
Directions for Chicken Keema Bread Rolls Preparation:
5. Take the bread slices and remove the edges.
6. Brush water on the sides of the bread. Add a thin layer of prepared chicken keema filling on it vertically. Now roll the bread roll and seal the water brushed sides together properly.
7. Dip them in beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs. Now deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
8. Your Chicken Keema Bread Rolls are ready.
