Eid Special Chicken Doughnut Written Recipe with Directions:

Ingredients:

-Chicken Boneless Cubes (chest piece) 500g
-Potato (aloo) grated 1 medium
-Green chillies (hari mirch) 3
-Onion (piyaz) sliced 1 small
-Ginger (adrak) powder ¼ tsp
-Garlic (lehsan) powder ½ tsp
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp or to taste
-Chat masala 1 tsp
-Oregano ¼ tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ¼ tsp
-Red chilli flakes (koti lal mirch) 1 tbs
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Chilli sauce 1 tbs
-Soya sauce ½ tbs
-Fresh Coriander (Dhania) chopped 3 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated 150 g
-Bread slices 3
-Eggs (anday) 2
-Milk (doodh)1 tbs
-White bread crumbs

Directions:

-Take bread slices, and cut them into pieces.
-In a chopper, add bread slices, chicken, potato, green chilli, onion, and ginger powder. Garlic powder, salt, chat masala, oregano, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, chicken powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce, and fresh coriander and chop finely until well combined.
-Bring out the mixture in a bowl and add mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
–Grease your hands with oil, take a mixture, make a ball, flatten the mixture, and make a hole in the center with the finger.
-Similarly, make others. Make others similarly. Place the doughnuts in the refrigerator for ½ hour.
-In a bowl, add eggs, a pinch of red chilli flakes, a pinch of salt, and milk and whisk well.
-Now dip doughnuts into beaten eggs mixture, then coat in bread crumbs. At this point, you can also freeze them. (Freeze the coated doughnuts for 1 hour, then bring them out and store them by making different portions for 10-15 days).
-In a frying pan, heat oil and shallow fry the doughnuts on medium to low flame until done. Total frying time 3 minutes.
-Dish out, serve, and enjoy with ketchup!

Tips and Tricks:

-You can also use chicken cubes instead of chicken powder.
