Crispy Chicken Fry is a very tasty, simple and spicy chicken recipe which is a famous Andhra recipe
METHOD
1. We need boneless small sized chicken pieces – 250 gram
Now we need to marinate it with
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Chopped green chilies – 1
Chopped curry leaves – 15
Few chopped coriander and mint leaves
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Mix well and marinate for 1 hour
2.In a kadhai heat oil – 2 tablespoon
To it add chicken pieces and roast well without adding water till they turn tender
3.Garnish with coriander leaves and add half a lemon juice
4.Serve hot with roti or dal rice
