Today we are making “Chicken Meatballs using oats”, wow! Healthy version of quick and easy yet delicious chicken recipe… Don’t you want to try it then….so find the complete list of ingredients below.
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 1 big bowl or 250 gm
Oats – 1 and half cup
Egg – 1
Mixed herbs / Oregano – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala / whole spice powder – 1tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste (really important, don’t forget to add ?)
Oil for frying
Note: you can add ingredients of your choices as well like finely chopped onion or coriander leaves.. don’t just stopped on the ingredients I have provided.. make your own version as well… And once you make it do let me know in the comment box…
You can cook these meatballs in 4 different ways:
1) Shallow Fry
2) Bake it in microwave on 180 degrees for 20 minutes
3) Air fry them in Air fryer on 180 degrees for 20 minutes
4) deep fry
