*2 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
*1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
*3 tsp Cornflour/Corn starch for coating
*4 tsp Refined Flour for coating
*7 Sliced spring Onion whites bulbs
*1 tbsp Red Chilies Sauce
*1 tbsp Soy Sauce
*2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
*Salt to taste
*1 medium size Green Capsicum
*Spring onion greens finely chopped 2 stalks
*5-6 Green chillies slit
*1 tsp Soda Bi Carb
*1 tbsp Sugar
