crispy fried chicken recipe
Take Chicken- 250grams .
Pour buttermilk – 250ml .
Soak chicken in buttermilk for 2 to 3hours .
After 3 hours drain off buttermilk and keep aside .
Now take grinding jar .
Add garlic cloves – 5,
ginger – 1inch,
Dry red chilli – 4,
peppercons- 4,
onion – 2tbsp .
Grind to coarse paste .
Add this paste to chicken,
Add turmeric – 1/4 tsp,
Red chilli powder – half tsp,
Cumin powder- 1/8 tsp,
corriander powder – 1/4 tsp,
garam masala – 1/4 tsp ,
Salt – half tsp,
corn flour – 2tbsp,
egg white of 1 egg,
bread crumbs – 1cup
(1 cup measures 240 ml )
soaking chicken in buttermilk makes bread crumbs to stick more to chicken and gives crispy layer and nice flavour to chicken.
mix everything well .
drop marinated chicken pieces in hot oil.
donot disturb till fried on one side.
flip to other side and fry.
fry uniformly by stirring in between.
fry till brown.
drain off excess oil.
serve hot .
crispy and tasty fried chicken is ready .
