Milk – 1 Cup
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Italian SeDry herbs – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garlic , ginger green chili paste – 1 tbsp
Boneless chicken thighs – 300 gm
for flour mixture:
All-purpose flour – 1/2 cup (100 gm)
Cornstarch – 1 cup (110g)
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Onion powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
oil for deep frying
