Here’s a quick & easy chicken recipe for you and your family. Crispy Lemon Chicken with Orange. A Filipino Style take on a classic Chinese Lemon Chicken recipe

How to make crispy lemon chicken with orange
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Cup Chicken Breast (Cut into strips)
1/2 Lemon (Juice and zest)
1/2 Orange (Juice and zest)
1 Egg White
40ml Honey (Can use sugar as a substitute)
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
30ml Sprite (Soda)
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
Spring Onion (Chopped)
Sesame Seeds
Salt (To taste)

CHICKEN MARINADE:
-1 TBSP Soy Sauce
-1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
-30ml Sprite
-1 Egg White
-1 Cup Chicken Breast (Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes)

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Coat the chicken with flour (Can use regular flour or cornstarch)
-Fry for about 3 minutes or until golden brown (You can fry a second time if you want it more crispy)
-Prepare the sauce. In a pan saute garlic, add 1 TBSP soy sauce, honey, lemon and orange juice, and a few lemon and orange zest
-Dilute half a tsp of cornstarch in water then add into the sauce to help it thicken
-Stir, then add chicken in the mix
-Sprinkle some sesame seeds and spring onion
-That’s it! You now have your Crispy Lemon Chicken with Orange
