In this Crock-Pot slow cooker recipe I cooked a whole chicken along with some vegetables. I skinned the chicken the first, so it wouldn’t be so greasy. The ingredients to this recipe are 1 whole chicken(skinned), red potatoes, a 1 pound bag of baby carrots, 1 red bell pepper, some green beans, and 2 cans of mushroom soup. You could really use any vegetables that you like. I think this recipe is fairly Heart Healthy and Weight Watchers’ friendly. Skinning a whole chicken really isn’t that hard.
