INGREDIENTS
1 large onion, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 boneless skinless Chicken breasts (about 2.5lbs)
1 Cup Salsa
4Tbls Taco Seasoning
Salt/Pepper to taste
