In this video I have shared the healthy and tasty Curry Leaves Chicken recipe which gives an Aromatic Flavor. It’s an Andhra Cuisine and it’s very simple to prepare. It will be a good combo for both Rice and Roti’s.
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg ( about 2 lbs)
To Marinate:
Curd – 5 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1-2 tsp( as required)
Dry Roast and Grind:
Curry Leaves – 1.5 cup
Cinnamon Stick – 2″(2) sticks
Cardamom – 2 pods
Cloves- 5
Dry Red Chillies- 3
Fennel seeds- 3 tsp
Black pepper corns-1tbsp
Crush :
Shallots- 15( or 2 big onion)
Garlic- 10 cloves
Ginger- 1″(2 pieces)
Green chillies- 3
Coriander leaves- 3 stalks
Other ingredients:
Oil – 3 tbsp
Big onion- 1 ( cut lengthwise)
Coriander powder-2 tbsp
