Ingredients:
Chicken: 3/4 lb (12 oz)
Canola/Olive Oil: 4 Tbsp
Garlic: 2 Tsp
Onion: 1 Cup / 1 Big Onion Julienne Cut
Turmeric Powder: 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder / Paprika: 1 Tsp
Salt: Per Taste or 1 Tsp
Plain Yoghurt / Curd: 3/4 Cup
Garam Masala: 1 Tsp
Kasuri Methi / Dried Fenugreek Leaves: 1 Tsp (Crushed)
