Dalia or broken wheat is a grain that is easily digested. It can be made in various way. I have come up with a dessert recipe made from dalia or broken wheat. It is super healthy without any sugar and tastes delicious. It can also be included in weight loss plan. It is a perfect weight loss recipe or diet recipe
Ingredients:
Ghee: 3 tbsp
Cinnamon stick: 1 medium piece
Cloves: 2 piece
Cardamom: 1 piece
Dalia(broken wheat): 1 cup
Dry fruits: (almond, cashews and raisins) 1 tbsp
Milk: 2 tbsp (saffron added to it)
Water: 3 cups
Jaggery: 1/2 cup
