Written Recipe of Dark Chocolate Biscuit Truffle
Ingredients :
1. Marie Biscuit – 1 pack
2. Milk – 1/3 cup
3. Dark Chocolate – 1 pack
4. Hot milk – 2 tbsp
5. Bournvita – 2 tbsp
Method :
1. Take a jar, break the biscuit into pieces and put inside the jar. Blend into fine powder.
2. Take a mixing bowl, add the biscuit powder into it. Pour 1/3rd cup of milk and mix properly, make a soft dough.
3. Take small portion from the dough and make small balls. Refrigerate the biscuit balls for 5 minutes.
4. Take another mixing bowl, put the dark chocolate pieces. Pour 2 tbsp of hot milk. Mix properly and make a thick dark chocolate paste.
5. Put the biscuit ball and coat with dark chocolate and place on a plate. Refrigerate the truffles for 20 minutes.
