Day 3 + Recipe | 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse Challenge | Apple Berry | WITH JO

Hi y’all,

Omgosh I lost another pound. So far that is exactly one pound a day!! Insane. Yesterday I only had two of the smoothies and apple slices for lunch. So today I am sharing with two of my girls. They even helped with the video. Comment is you see Juliette’s pouty face because Scarlett was the one to do buttons, since Juliette wasn’t in the room when I began. Lol.

Any who, here is the recipe for day 3…

Apple Berry with modifications
3 handfuls of spinach (1 spring mix greens and 2 spinach)
2 cups of water (try not to spill on the floor. Lol.)
1 1/2 cups blueberries (frozen)
1 banana, peeled
2 small or 1 large apple, cored and quartered
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (I accidentally only did one.)

Remember to blend the water and greens first.

I think, the frozen blueberries make this. My smoothie came out a little warm. Eeek.
