Easy Peasy! If you enjoy Fried Pork Chops, you are going to LOVE these Country Style Ribs too! Your family will LOVE these!! Come on and try this out! It’s your turn!
Here is what we will need:
Country Style Ribs
House Autry Chicken Seasoned Breading Mix
Flour
Oil
Corn Starch
Eggs
Buttermilk
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Lemon Pepper
Paprika
Parsley
First marinate the ribs in buttermilk for at least 3 hours…best if overnight.
– Plain flour Step 1
– Eggs Step 2
– Combine the seasons, in seasoned flour Step 3 (MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE CORNSTARCH, AND PANKRO BREAD CRUMBS. THIS MAKES THE MEAT CRUNCHY!)
Include the ribs in all areas or steps. Then let air dry for about 10 minutes.
Make sure that your oil is hot.
Fry the ribs 10 minutes. Take out, and fry again for another 10 minutes or until they are brown and crispy!
Remove from the oil and let cool.
Now you and your family are ready to enjoy!
