Olive oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 50 g
Diced tomatoes 300 g
Eggs 4
Salt
Mixed herbs
PREPARATION
Fry together the garlic and onion, season with the paprika, salt, black pepper and turmeric.
Add the tomato paste and diced tomatoes, simmer.
Add the eggs, season with salt and sprinkle the mixed herbs.

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Shredded chicken 150 g
Cherry tomatoes 3
Celery 2 sticks

Parmesan 50 g
PREPARATION
For the dressing mix the greek yogurt, salt, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and olive oil.
Place the pre-cooked chicken in a large bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, cut celery, jalapeno and shredded parmesan.
Pour the dressing and stir.
The salad is ready, enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 200 g
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 100 g
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs 100 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Marinara sauce 100 ml
Basil ½ bunch
Mozzarella 6 slices
Parmesan 150 g
BAKE
200°C / 400°F
15 minutes
PREPARATION
Season the chicken breast with the salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken pieces in wheat flour, then eggs and bread crumbs.
Start frying until golden.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking pan, add the chicken, then basil, mozzarella, another layer of the sauce and top with shredded parmesan.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
