It’s me Charli Ry and today I wanted to show something different. One of my favourite “Go To Smoothie’s!” (I have popped the recipe down below for you 🙂
This Green Smoothie is so delicious and nutritious and it is so simple to make. I blend it all together using a NutriBullet but I guess if you don’t have one of those then a blender…thermomix…vitamix…food processor most probably works the same 🙂
Now, today’s Smoothie I did have after a workout and you will notice that I didn’t add protein powder to it. I really don’t think at my age that I need to do this all the time. My diet is varied and I get plenty of protein from my food to fulfil my daily requirements so I don’t always feel that I need to add any more.
This recipe is nutritious but mostly it is just yummy and I really enjoy it. Besides isn’t that what life is all about…finding the things that we enjoy and doing more of it.

Green Smoothie Recipe
1 handful of frozen Pineapple
1 handful of Spinach
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup of Coconut Water
Blend it all together until it is a Smoothie like consistency and Voila!
