1 cup (100 g) rolled oats.
1/2 cup (120 ml) any milk of your choice.
A pinch of salt.
Mix oatmeal with milk and leave for 15 minutes.
1 banana.
Mash the banana with a fork.
1 egg.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix everything well until smooth.
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
Grease baking pans with vegetable oil.
Fill the molds 2/3 full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 20-25 minutes.
1.75 oz (50 g) sugar-free chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in any convenient way.
1 teaspoon vegetable oil.
The result is a very tasty and healthy breakfast without sugar.
