Recipe: Green Meal Smoothie

Ingredients:
14 oz. Liquid (Rejuvelac/Apple Juice) ratio varies on desired sweetness
2 tbsp Karyn’s green meal powder
2 tbsp Karyn’s soy lecithin granules
2 tbsp Karyn’s flax seed oil
1 frozen banana (peel the banana before freezing)
Ingredients:
Blend all ingredients on a low speed until creamy and enjoy!
