Hi friends, how are you all? Hope everything is going well. So, I am here again with another mind blowing non veg recipe video. In this video I have shown how to make Dhania Chicken. There are so so many different types of chicken recipes are out there people generally prepare at home or eat while in their journey. Those who have tried this recipe knows how beautiful the taste is. If you bored off eating simple chicken preparations, I will recommend you to try Dhania chicken . Ingredients-
Chicken breast – 700 g
Onions – 4 (medium sized, roughly chopped)
Dhania Patta/ Coriander leaves- 100 g, roughly chopped
Pudina/ Mint leaves- 25 g, roughly chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 2 Tbsp
Cashews- 25 g, roasted
Coconut meat- 30 g, cut into small cubes
Yogurt/ Dahi- 100 g
Butter- 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder- 1 Tbsp
Cumin powder- 1 Tbsp, dry roasted
Coriander powder- 1 Tbsp, dry roasted
Coriander seeds- 1 and ½ Tbsp, dry roasted and roughly crushed
Kasuri methi- 1 Tbsp, dry roasted and roughly crushed
Whole garam masalas- cloves(3pcs), cardamom(5pcs), cinnamon(1pc)
Dried red chillies- 2 pcs
Whole green chillies- 4 pcs
Lemon juice- half of a whole lemon
Refined vegetable oil- 6 Tbsp
Salt- to taste
