100 KG white chicken & 50 KG pointed gourd mixed different style chicken-VEF recipe cooking by 15 village lady to feed whole village people.
About 100 KG live chicken processing & then cutting into small small pieces meat and also they cutting about 50 KG pointed gourd/potol.
Then they clean the chicken & pointed gourd. Then they fry all the pointed gourd.
Then they started cooking chicken curry with all kind of spice ingredient.
At last they added all the fried pointed gourd in the chicken curry.
They also cooking 70 KG rice to serve with chicken-veg curry.
After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people. It was full rainy day and they serve food before evening as dinner for villagers.
