Dominican Style Ribs are super delicious and it’s one of my easy Dominican Recipes that your family will love! These fried ribs take about 30 minutes to cook and taste great with any kind of sauce– bbq sauce, hot sauce, or my personal favorite– fresh limes! Just know that you don’t have to fry these ribs. Ingredients:
2 lbs Spare Ribs
1 tbsp Dominican Orégano
5 Garlic Cloves Mashed
½ tbsp Onion Powder
1 Lime or Sour Orange
Black Pepper to Taste
1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
Canola or Vegetable Oil
3-4 Cups of Water
