Here’s the recipe:
DON’T MISS A BEET
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Gin
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Beet Juice
3-4 Bar spoons Yogurt
¼ oz. (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
2 Bar spoons Pressed Ginger Juice
Lemon Peel
Mint
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, combine gin, lemon juice, beet juice, simple syrup, ginger, and yogurt. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with mint and a lemon peel. Enjoy responsibly!
