INGREDIENTS

Chicken – 500 g, boneless, cut into thin cubes

for marination
Egg white – of 1 egg
Pepper powder – half tsp
Kashmiri Chili powder – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Salt

for the gravy
Garlic – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Red chili flakes – 2 tsp( i used kashmiri chilli flakes)
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Sugar – half tsp
Oil
