Chilli chicken is a popular Indo-chinese-dish.In India, this includes a variety of dry chicken preparations. Though mainly boneless chicken is used in this dish, some people also use bone-in chicken too.And I am using gone-in chicken for this dish.
INGREDIENTS :-
FOR MARINATION:-
Chicken – ½ kg
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Salt -½ tsp
Egg – 1
VEGETABLES :-
Capsicum – 1
Onion – 3
Tomato – 1
Ginger garlic (chopped)
SAUCES:-
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil (for frying)
