Ingredients Required for Dry Ginger Garlic Chicken:
Chicken – ½ kg

Marinade for Ginger Garlic Chicken:
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 strand
For Frying:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Second stage:
Oil – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Onion – 1 small (Finely chopped)
Salt – little for sauté
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Onion & Tomato – 1 each (grind finely)
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp

How to Make Dry Ginger Garlic Chicken (Video in Malayalam):
1. Marinade the chicken with the ingredients mentioned in the marinade section. And leave it for an hour.
2. Take a pan, heat the oil and start frying the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. After the chicken is fried and cooked properly, set it aside and pour the oil mentioned in the second stage.
4. Put all the ingredient mentioned in the second stage and mix it properly.
5. Add the chicken to the mixture and mix it well.
6. Serve this into a bowl and garnish the dish with few corianders leaves
7. Your tasty Dry Ginger Garlic Chicken is ready to be served!
