Dulce De Leche Cupcakes Ingredients:
For The Cupcakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice with 1/4 cup of water and lemon zest
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegetable oil
For The Frosting:
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese, shredded (for topping)
How To Make Dulce De Leche Cupcakes:
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add the milk, vegetable oil, egg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Place cupcakes molds on the muffin pan. Brush each cupcake mold with a thin layer of melted butter.
4. Fill each cupcake mold with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
