Tastes completely insane and comes with 100% satisfaction. You can eat it as appetizer or leave some thick curry to pair it with bread.
Here’s the recipe:
For marination:
? Wash the chicken pieces well and put diagnol cuts on them,.
? Take out a pan for marination and to the chicken.
? Add some salt, pepper, 3 medium size lemons squeezed & fresh yogurt.
? Mix well and then add some garlic cloves & green chillies.
? Mix well and keep it aside for 30-40 minutes.
For cooking:
? In a pan, add some butter/ ghee and some bay leaves.
? Sauté well and add some cloves & pepper and then thaw the chicken pieces in the hot butter.
? Give it a good stir, cover with a lit & sim cook for next 20 minutes.
? Take a little bit of cornflour & add it in the pan just when the chicken is soft & ready. (This is to make the gravy tad thick & creamy)
Garnish with chopped coriander & pair with any bread of your choice! ?
