Easy Air-Fryer Lemongrass Chicken Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs
¼ cup finely minced lemongrass
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon 5-spice Powder
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, marinate chicken with lemongrass, fish sauce, honey, 5-spice powder, white pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge for better results.
Airfry at 400°F for 20 minutes. Flip halfway through.
