Easy beef jerky recipe 自制五香牛肉干


Ingredients :

1 lb beef /一磅牛肉

1 Teaspoon 5 spices 一小勺五香粉

1 teaspoon salt / 一小勺盐

2 teaspoons cumin
powder / 两小勺孜然粉

1 teaspoon pepper / 一小勺胡椒粉

1 Tbsp chili powder ( not spicy version) 一大勺辣椒粉(不辣的)

1 . Cut the beef into approximately 1/4 inch thick / 切大约0.6 厘米厚片

2. Boil beef in a saucepan /
牛肉煮开去血水
Bring to boil and let cook for 2 minutes / 开火后煮两分钟

3. Rinse well to get rid of scum /洗净

4.Dry off excess water /擦干多余水分

5.Mix well make sure all slices beef are covered with spices /混合均匀香料

6.layer the beef on steamer basket /放蒸架,下面垫烤盘

7.Cast iron on the bottom or u can use baking sheet 下面放个烤盘

8. preheated oven @375 F for 15 minutes /预热好的烤箱375度十五分钟
