1. Boneless chicken 250gms बोन्लेस चिकन २५०ग्राम
2. Mustard oil -2tbsp सरसों का तेल २ बड़े चम्मच
3. Bay leaf -2small तेज़ पत्ता २ छोटे
4. Cloves -2/3 लौंग २/३ पीस
5. Black cardamom -1pc मोटी एलैचि १
