Easy Chicken cutlets recipe


These chicken cutlets are easy to make where you can even use left over chicken

300gms chicken breast
2 medium boiled potatoes
3-4 spring onions finely chopped
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander chopped
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
1 cup vermicelli
1/4 cup fine semolina
oil for frying

cook the chicken breast with a bit of salt and pepper. once the chicken is cooked chop it up roughly.
in a bowl add chicken, spring onions, coriander, boiled potatoes, cumin powder, chilli flakes, garlic, salt and lemon.
mix well and taste.
beat an egg in a bowl. break the vermicelli.
shape all the cutlets in an oval shape.
dust it with semolina, then dip it in egg and then coat it with vermicelli.
shallow fry the cutlets and enjoy with any chilli sauce.
