Sana nagustuhan ninyo ang Bisaya Style Chicken Halang-Halang na madalas naming ulamin kapag pumunta kami sa bukid. Kinakain namin ito with mais na kanin, plus malamig na soft drink! Pwede din itong pampulutan. Not to mention, madali pang lutuin!
This recipe is native in Visayas region. It is very easy to do as it only requires very few ingredients.
This is how I like my Chicken Halang Halang. If you like it with more sabaw, you can add water as much as you like. You can add it just before adding the soy sauce.
