? Procedures
– 600gr deboned chicken: make some shallow cuts
– Coat with cornstarch
– Heat a little cooking oil to fry the chicken thighs
– When both sides turn yellow, add sliced ginger, scallions, sliced garlic, fry for 1-2 mins
– Remove the oil
– Add to the pan 300ml coke, 80ml soy sauce, cook over high heat, flip both sides frequently
– When the sauce reduces, add 1tbs lemon juice, add chilis (optional), cook for 2-3 mins
– Add chopped scallions, roasted sesame
