Green Chilli – 4 small
Kashmiri Red chili powder – 2 tsp (Less spicy)
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted kasuri methi/ dried Fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Onion cubes – 1 medium size
Capsicum cubes – 1 small
