Ingredients
1 lg. Bag of Frozen Peas
1 cup Chopped Red Onion
1 whole Squeezed Lemon
2 – 3 tbs Mayonnaise
2 packages of Imitation Crab Meat
Directions:
In a colander rinse frozen peas to get the frost off. Put them in a large bowl. Add in lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise and mix together. Once mixed add in Imitation crab meat chunks and mix together. Place in the refrigerator to keep chilled and it’s ready to serve.
