As I previously mentioned in the video, I have decided to become vegetarian! Although at first I thought, “There’s no way I can live without BACON”, let me tell you, I was very wrong! I have not had any meat for the past month and have cut back on animal byproducts where ever I can. The results are a bit shocking actually… I have found that I lost 10 pounds within that first month AND I have noticed that I am not tired or feel any different. With all of that said, I knew I couldn’t give up desserts, they are my achilles heel. Thus why this video was created, to help out anyone who is looking to make better choices when it comes to food! ★★★ CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES ★★★
– 1.5 cups flour
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2/3 cup soy milk
– 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tsp vanilla
Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes
CUPCAKE FROSTING:
– 2 tbsp butter
– 4 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp soy milk
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– 1/4 cup flour
– 2/3 powdered sugar
★★★ PEANUT BUTTERCHOCOLATE BARS ★★★
– 2 cups oats
– 1 1/2 cup flour
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 cup coconut oil
– 1/3 cup maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Stir, add into mold, then put in freezer while you make the topping.
– 9 oz dark chocolate
– 1 cup natural peanut butter
Add chocolate and peanut butter into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute, mix together, then add to oat layer. Sprinkle remaining oats. Freeze for 1 hour, and voila!
