Hi guys! Today I decided to share with you 3 desserts that are easy to make, and freeze well! Unfortunately, I completely forgot to film the Confetti Oreo Bars after they were done in the oven, so you’ll just have to make them and see for yourself what they look like after they bake? (kidding! Although these would be really good if you did decide to try them:). Enjoy!

Cookie brownie cups:
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (and ingredients called for on box)
1 package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 350, then spray a cupcake pan with nonstick cooking spray
2.Put 2 pieces of cookie dough in each well of the cupcake pan, and flatten the cookie dough out.
3. Fill each well to the top with brownie batter
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes
Copycat Loft-house Cookies:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 container white frosting
Sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix together the butter and sugar
3. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix again
4. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then mix until fully combined
5. Use a cookie scoop to put dough on an un greased cookie sheet, then flatten it out a bit
6. Bake for 8 minutes, then cool completely
7. Frost, then add sprinkles
Confetti Oreo bars
Ingredients:
1 (16.5) oz pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 box confetti cake mix (and ingredients called for on box)
12 oreos
Instructions:
1. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and preheat oven to 325.
2. Put the cookie dough in the bottom of the pan, and flatten it out so it covers the entire bottom of the pan.
3. Make the cake batter according to package directions
4. Pour on top of the cookie dough in the pan, then add the Oreos on top of the cake batter.
5. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Let cool, and cut into 12 squares
