This delicious napa cabbage salad is made with four simple ingredients; napa cabbage, red onions, kumquats and cilantro. These ingredients have almost no calories and come packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber as well as antioxidants.

This is a simple and healthy summer salad recipe that you can make in bulk and enjoy throughout the week. Chop up the napa cabbage and place into a large mixing bowl. Add the red onions sliced up and then the kumquats which we half and finally add in 2 heads of cilantro cut up.

To compliment the salad, we made a tasty honey lime cilantro dressing. To make this dressing, add the following; 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of honey and add sea salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the dressing with the salad and you are going to enjoy an awesome tasty salad.
