A snack that suits all ages— Crispy Chicken Nuggets! The recipe is easy, yes, and only needs your time for preparation. Once the nuggets are cut and coated, they can be fried (after 10 minutes of freezing) or can be stored for upto 2 months to be enjoyed whenever you choose.

Mog Asum ❤️ Let there be Love
1 US Cup = 240 ml
Makes about 40 Chicken Nuggets.
Ingredients:
500 grams boneless Chicken (thigh meat is preferable), roughly cut into small pieces
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
5-6 Garlic cloves, chopped
3 slices of sandwich bread
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 whole Egg
1 Tablespoon Milk
Salt & Pepper to season the Egg
Flour, as needed for coating
Breadcrumbs, as needed for coating the Nuggets
Oil, for frying
