Easy Indian Chicken fry recipe for tiffin, snack – 2 steps only – Telegu vantalu

This is a very simple and easy chicken recipe in Indian style, Telugu vantalu. The recipe is prepared in just 2 steps – marinate the chicken and fry on pan and the dish is ready for tiffin or snack.

EASY CHICKEN FRY MAKING

Ingredients:

Chicken
Salt
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Chicken masala
Ginger-Garlic paste
Oil

Preparation:

Take cleaned chicken in a bowl and add Salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Chicken masala, Ginger-Garlic paste. Mix well the ingredients with chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on a medium flame for 20 minutes till the chicken is fried properly.

You can garnish with Onion and Coriander leaves and serve as snack or tiffin.
